1. Acceptance of Terms & Commercial Scope

By accessing Orvessa (store.ftfxtechsolutions.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Orvessa is a price discovery and technology deal curation engine operated by FTFX TECH SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), incorporated in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

2. Affiliate Advertising & Price Accuracy Disclosure

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:

• Independent Comparison Engine: Orvessa aggregates and indexes publicly available pricing information for consumer electronics from major verified marketplaces (including Amazon India and partner networks).
• Affiliate Commissions: When you click outward links and complete a purchase on a merchant site, Orvessa may receive an affiliate referral commission at zero additional cost to you.
• Dynamic Price Fluctuations: Marketplace prices, coupon availability, and shipping fees fluctuate dynamically on merchant portals. The final valid price, warranty, and return policy is solely determined by the merchant at checkout.

3. Merchant Warranties & Order Fulfillment

Hardware warranties, order fulfillment, shipping delivery, and product returns are handled exclusively by the respective merchant platform (e.g., Amazon India or OEM brand). Orvessa does not hold physical inventory of third-party retail goods indexed on the deal engine and is not the seller of record for third-party marketplace listings.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, FTFX TECH SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any product defect, delivery delay, pricing discrepancy, or merchant fulfillment dispute. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of continuous uptime or catalog accuracy.

5. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration & Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising hereunder shall be finally resolved through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in English. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, India, and the courts at Gurgaon shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any related court proceedings.
