1. Data Fiduciary & Platform Scope

Orvessa (store.ftfxtechsolutions.com) is an e-commerce price discovery, verified electronics deal comparison, and partner affiliate platform operated by FTFX TECH SOLUTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"), incorporated in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We act as the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed on this platform under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

2. Personal Data We Collect

In accordance with data minimisation (Section 6 DPDP Act), we collect only what is strictly required to facilitate deal discovery:

• Search & Filter Queries: Search terms, product categories, price ranges, and setup builder configurations used to surface matching electronic hardware.
• Local Browser State: Bookmarks, compare docks, and recent deal views saved in your browser's LocalStorage.
• Technical Metadata: IP addresses and User-Agent strings logged temporarily for security firewalls and API caching.

No Payment Card Storage: When you click affiliate deals to purchase hardware on merchant stores (such as Amazon India), your transaction occurs entirely on the external merchant's certified PCI-DSS checkout gateway. Orvessa never requests, stores, or accesses your credit card or bank details.

3. Affiliate Tracking & Cookies

Orvessa participates in partner affiliate programs (including Amazon India and ExtraPe). When you click an outbound "Buy Now" or "View Deal" link, an affiliate attribution tag may be appended to the redirect URL to verify promotional referrals. These cookies do not store personally identifiable data and expire automatically according to merchant network policies.

4. Rights of the Data Principal (Sections 11–14 DPDP Act)

You have full statutory rights under Indian law:

• Right to Access: Request confirmation of any data processed.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Request deletion of contact or support logs.
• Right of Grievance Redressal: Submit grievances directly to our resident Grievance Officer with guaranteed statutory resolution timelines.
• Right to Nominate: Nominate an individual to handle data rights in the event of death or incapacity.
